Shipping and Return

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


- Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.
- If part or any of the above conditions are not met, return request will be denied and product will be sent back.
- Items with odors of any kind due to smoke, perfume, sprays, or hair products will not accepted.
- Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.
- All Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged for exchange or store credit requests.
- If an item was initially shipped via Free Shipping offer and the reason for the return of that item is not our mistake, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item minus the cost of the shipping paid by Wig Special.
- Return requests beyond 7 days of the order receipt date will not be granted. Items will be refused and sent back to customer.
- A refund minus the shipping fee will be issued for all Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless an error or manufacturer's defect is found with your order and confirmed by us.
- Cases such as hair texture, color or feel are not considered manufacturer's defects. Such cases are processed by Standard Return Policy.
- In case of item defect or order error a shipping concession will be made after you contact returns department with order/item photos of defect/error.  
- Tracking is required for ALL returns to ensure the delivery to us.
- Returns Department can be reached via email only. Email address is return@mhbarber.com.
- The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
  Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.
  ALL Products are Final Sale.
  Any product that is used, tried on, damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials..

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Email your order/invoice number at info@mhbarber.com to request a Return Form. You may request the form within 14 days of the order delivery date.

2. Upon receiving the Return Form, please fill it out and send it along with the item you wish to return.
 
Note: Please ensure that the item remains undamaged while in transit. For damaged item(s) or packaging, we charge extra 70% as restocking fee. Returned orders without the Return Slip will not be accepted.

3. Upon receiving the item with the Return Form, the request will be processed within 7~10 business days.
